RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Cultural Affairs Commission select, by majority vote, a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson to serve in that capacity until the next reorganization in July 2021 or thereafter.
BACKGROUND & PROCEDURE
Chair Wisnosky Stehlin was reappointed to the Cultural Affairs Commission for a second term (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2024) by the City Council on June 8, 2020. Chair Wisnosky Stehlin was among eight eligible candidates for the CAC seat and was administered the Oath of Office at a meeting held by the City Clerk on June 25, 2020.
Chair Wisnosky Stehlin shall preside over the meeting and take nominations for the selection of a new Chair and Vice Chair for Fiscal Year 2020-2021. The newly selected Chair shall preside over the meeting upon conclusion of this agenda item.
