RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the City Council (1) approve an amendment to the existing professional services agreement with Summers/Murphy & Partners, Inc. dba Conservascape for park irrigation audit services to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (AB 1881) in an amount not-to-exceed $58,580; and (2) authorize the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director to approve amendment(s) to the agreement in an additional amount not-to-exceed $5,858 (10% contingency) for unanticipated costs.


BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION

On May 6, 2020, the City of Culver City entered into a professional services agreement with Summers/Murphy & Partners, Inc. dba Conservascape for an irrigation audit at Syd Kronenthal Park, 3459 McManus Ave, Culver City, CA 90232 (the "Agreement").
