RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council receive presentations on the City Manager's Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2020/2021 from each City Department Head.
DISCUSSION
The City Manager/Executive Director transmitted his Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2020/2021 to the City Council on Monday, May 11, 2020. During the City Council meetings of May 18, May 19, and May 20 (if needed), 2020, the City Manager/Executive Director, as supported by the Department Heads, will give a presentation to the City Council related to the Proposed Budget for each Department.
The anticipated order of presentations is as follows, but is subject to change:
Monday, May 18th, Tuesday, May 19th, beginning at 3:00 pm and Wednesday, May 20th (if needed)
