RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council (1) adopt a Resolution confirming the Third Supplement to Public Order issued on April 1, 2020 by the Director of Emergency Services allowing Firearms Retailers to conduct business, including new sales and transfers, during the COVID-19 Local Emergency, consistent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Advisory Guidance and the Los Angeles County positions regarding firearms retailers.
