RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council (1) receive and file Culver City's Boulevard Music 2019 Summer Festival Financials; (2) approve a budget amendment appropriating $46,032 from the General Fund (requires a four-fifths vote); (3) designate Culver City's Boulevard Music 2020 Summer Festival a City-sponsored event; (4) approve a Memorandum of Understanding and License Agreement with Boulevard Music in an amount not-to-exceed $46,032 for Culver City's Boulevard Music 2020 Summer Festival; and (5) approve a fee waiver for the $119 City Banner Permit Application fee and $100.76 for the Tech Surcharge ...
