Planning Commission Bylaws establish the first regular meeting after July 1, and seating of any new members, as the time to choose officers. Committee appointments are also made at this time.
The list of officers and committees are listed below. The current Chairperson conducts the election of the new Chairperson. The new Chairperson then conducts the election of the Vice-Chairperson and committee appointments.
For reference, Attachment No. 1 lists current Planning Commission officers and committees, basic committee meeting information, and the past year’s appointees. Attachment No. 2 provides a brief description of each committee.
