RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Commission (1) review the Fiscal Year 2019/2020 Meeting Calendar and make adjustments, if necessary; and, (2) discuss scheduling a 2019 PRCS Commission Tour of Culver City Parks and Facilities.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Review of the Fiscal Year 2019/2020 Meeting Calendar
PRCS Commission meetings are regularly scheduled on the first Tuesday of the month, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mike Balkman Council Chambers at City Hall. The meeting calendar for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2019/2020 is as follows:
- August 6, 2019
- September 3, 2019 (Note: Staff has been advised by the City Clerk's Office that the City Council will most likely be using both the Council Chambers and the Patacchia Conference Room on this date.)
- October 1, 2019
- November 5, 2019
- December 3, 2019
- January 7, 2020
- February 4, 2020
- March 3, 2020
- April 7, 2020
- May 5, 2020
- June 2, 2020
