RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Planning commission receive information on the proposed FY 2019-2020 Current Planning Division Work Plan.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Since the FY 2014-2015 budget process the City Council has provided additional opportunities for public input into the budget document. Specifically, the City Council has invited members of the City’s Commissions, Committees, and Boards to provide comments on budget and work plans during the budget process.
Members of the City’s Commissions, Committees, and Boards are welcomed to attend any and all of the public meetings of the City Council at which the budget will be reviewed and ultimately considered for adoption by the City Council.

That the Planning Commission:
1. Receive information on the proposed FY 2019-2020 Work Plans for the Current Planning Division of the Community Development Department;
2. Hold discussion; and
3. Make recommendations for transmittal to City Council.
