RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Finance Advisory Committee (FAC) (1) discuss Finance Advisory Committee Bylaws; (and, if necessary) (2) recommend proposed amendments for transmittal to City Council.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the October 10, 2018 meeting of the Finance Advisory Committee, the Committee discussed conducting a review of its current bylaws to determine if any amendments should be considered for Council transmittal. The current FAC Bylaws were last amended and approved by Council in October 2016.
This discussion is being continued from the November 14, 2018 FAC Meeting.
