RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) adopt a regular meeting and special meeting schedule for 2019. The proposed regular meeting time is on the third Thursday of every odd month at 6:00 PM and the proposed special meeting is on the third Thursday of every even month at 6:00 PM unless mentioned otherwise. Each special meeting will be a tentative date and only scheduled if the committee members reach quorum on adding it to the calendar it in the previous regular meeting session.
The proposed 2019 regular meeting schedule is as follows:

Thursday, May 16th, 6:00 PM
Thursday, July 18th, 6:00 PM
Thursday, September 19st, 6:00 PM

That the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee adopt the 2019 regular and special meeting schedule for the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee.
