RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission continue the public hearing to January 24, 2018, to consider adoption of a resolution recommending to the City Council approval of Zoning Code Text Amendment P2017-0227-ZCA related to nonconforming uses, structures, and parcels.
PROCEDURES
1. The Chair seeks motion to receive and file the affidavit of posting and publishing of public notice.
2. The Chair seeks a motion to declare the public hearing open and the Planning Commission receives public comment.
3. The Chair seeks a motion to continue the public hearing to January 24, 2018.
