RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission continue the public hearing to January 24, 2018, to consider adoption of a resolution recommending to the City Council approval of Zoning Code Text Amendment P2017-0227-ZCA related to nonconforming uses, structures, and parcels.
